If you the client receives a DermaQuest or Murad product which has either damaged packaging or damage to the product itself, or a part of the product is faulty e.g. pump dispenser not working, please advise Rejuvenise.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt and we will request a return of the product and upon receipt issue a replacement product.
If you the client has a reaction upon first application to any of the DermaQuest or Murad products, you must notify us immediately via either telephone 0845 833 1213 or email advice@rejuvenise.co.uk and arrange to visit one of our practitioners/salons, with the product in question as soon as possible in order for the reaction to be assessed. The product will be returned to the relevant Head Office with a report from the practitioner following assessment. If appropriate, corrective action may be taken, and advice given to alleviate symptoms. If the client does not wish to proceed with replacement or alternative products, rejuvenise.co.uk will seek a full refund from the supplier on the client’s behalf.
If the client has been using a product from any our range of products and simply does not feel that the product has had the effect that they were either expecting or that it claims to have had in clinical trials or opinions/successes reported on in the press, rejuvenise.co.uk cannot be held responsible or liable for a product refund. Whilst every effort is made to obtain in-depth information about a client’s condition via written and telephone correspondence (where a consultation is requested), the actual performance of the product on an individual’s skin is not within our control. Referral to our suppliers may be made in exceptional circumstances and at the manager’s discretion.
