Late arrival has a knock-on effect to all clients booked in that day. As a courtesy, we would appreciate a call at your earliest convenience to advise of any delays. We will try to accommodate all clients and keep as close to scheduled time as is practicable and acceptable. If the delay means that you miss your appointment, a late charge must apply (dependent on circumstances, at Manager’s discretion)
We kindly request a minimum of 1 week’s notice (preferably 2 weeks) to cancel and/or reschedule a treatment booking. This will avoid a cancellation charge directly from any 3 rd party providers
Charges are made to the credit card you give upon booking your appointment. In the event that the card is declined you agree to honour an invoice for charges incurred.
We make an assessment on the information given. Rejuvenise.co.uk can accept no liability for inaccurate assessments where the client has not provided all relevant information relating to their condition.
For the convenience of other clients trying to relax and for safety reasons, we kindly request that you do not bring children with you to your appointment.
We would prefer it if all mobile telephones were switched off when entering the clinic (discretionary exceptions can be made upon request to the manager).
It is our policy not to accept any gifts. Your personal recommendation is our best reward.
